Shoestrings Backpackers Lodge Claimed

I travelled to Victoria Falls without any prior bookings and needed a spot to crash. Friends had recommended Shoestrings Backpackers, especially if I was on a budget. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew that I would be in the “happening spot” in the Falls. This was my first backpacker experience and it was actually better than okay. This place was a small community of people from different countries and was lively. Shoestrings has a bar, pool, wifi, good security and exceptionally helpful staff. The food was great. The downside is I had to get my own soap and towel but that was not a mission as the shopping centre is within walking distance. The Pros The staff are exceptionally helpful Value for money Friendly atmosphere Safe If you are looking for an energetic and value for money accommodation this is the place for you.
