Time for a getaway? Escape into the wilderness and enjoy the safari atmosphere at Umfurudzi Park. Umfurudzi Park is located in Mashonaland Central – Shamva district in Madziwa. The Park is approximately 130km from Harare CBD and is accessible using a sedan.

If you don’t want the hassle of cooking while on holiday, we have you covered. Visit our restaurant for simple but delicious meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch are all available at affordable prices. Ice-cold drinks are also available from the bar.
Umfurudzi Park Activities
Umfurudzi Park offers is host to a herd of magnificent and friendly elephants that offers exciting elephant experiences at close encounters.
There are many marked trails and roads within the Park to walk. With special arrangements, multi-day walking and free camping in the park are available to the seasoned hiker.
The park has a very good road network, however, 4×4 is recommended during the rainy season. (November to April). There are also picnic sites along certain routes. Vehicle hire for game drives is also available on request. These will be attended by a Park Ranger and Driver for your safety.
