Umfula Lodge is a luxury self-contained lodge situated two hours from Victoria Falls, on Msuna Island overlooking the Zambezi River. This lodge is a wonderful place to bring the family to relax or to enjoy the abundance of birdlife and the great fishing opportunities of which bream and tiger fish are most popular.
Accommodation
Umfula Lodge is of open-plan design and features a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge. There is a large dining table on the veranda for those alfresco meals. The lodge has five bedrooms of which two are master bedrooms complete with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Three double bedrooms with twin beds are located upstairs and they are serviced by two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony or verandah.
Things to Do
There is a braai area located next to the swimming pool with sun loungers and a wooden bench with an umbrella. This is great for relaxing after a long day in the African sun. The garden is lush and perfect for a playful sport with friends or family and a pontoon is available for hire.
